THE MMS PROGRAMME
	We have ushered into a rapidly changing world enveloped by a volatile environment. To lead the industry through the future decades we need transformational leaders who can steer enterprises through a discontinuous path and transform them constantly to cope up with the new situations. Our MMS program aims to groom potential leaders who will have the preparation and capacity to guide the organizations through the uncertain and unsheltered path of the future. Every thing is subjected to constant change and organizations are in constant turbulence. Coping up with such an environment requires not only the ability to unleash best world class practices but also development of suitable mindsets and capacity to network on a continuous basis. Objectives of the program are:

	To develop a holistic outlook which views organization as an interdependent and interacting system of multiple elements in the global setting. To develop expertise in a portfolio of analytical and holistic management methodologies and develop ability to adapt these skills to enhance managerial effectiveness. To develop interpersonal and leadership skills to direct teams towards the goals and to deliver the best results for the stakeholders. Finally to inculcate conducive values in them so that they can function in a responsible way socially, personally and become real assets to the community at large.
